No there were two screams.

The first was when the car started sideways the second shortly after that. Its not the sound of screeching tires.
Re read what I wrote. That car didn't get sideways. Tires get very loud once a car goes sideways. In the video there isn't and sound of tire screetch.

It appears the girls head is jutting out the window for an instant.
