massive blunt force trauma degloved his ventral aspect. Seems to be missing muscle and bone at his sternum and ribs.. You can also see that he the lungs inflating and deflating.. The plural sac that surrounds the lungs is missing and his lungs will cave in if they dont get him sealed up. Whats crazy is you can see that he's alert and oriented.. Its amazing what the human body can endure.

Possibly hit his steering wheel on his car

OR

the handlebars of his motorcycle.

The steering wheel or the instrument gauges caved his chest in and peeled the skin, muscle, and bones inferior to his sternum..
