It looks like the train wheels run over the guy's head around the 12 second mark so I was really surprised to see him conscious at the end of the video.

The actual wheels don't run over his head (or torso), rather the bottom part of the side frames around the wheels pushes him to the ground, and he being struck then starts putting his legs under the wheels. I call miracle. He's still alive, however, he is now legless.
