It all looks like a movie scene. Not saying it is fake, but I mean the nice sunny summer evening in a quiet little town setting.

Two observations: clearly the shirtless bad guy is drunk as you can see at the moment he kicks the stone after the old or middle aged guy was hit. Secondly would it not be possible that the guy who is doing the CPR is the other shirtless guy that you can see starring in the first few seconds of the video?

Regarding the old vs. middle aged discussion.
If you are 20 then 30 to 40 is middle aged and >40 is old.
If you are 30 then 40 to 60 is middle aged and >60 is old.
If you are 40 then 30 to 70 is middle aged and >70 is old etc.

Obviously nobody deserves to be assaulted, but why bother specifying that only 'woman' should be treated respectfully, and men can receive different treatment.
It's obvious that this woman was some sort of trouble maker. How do I come to that conclusion? Easy. What did the lady do when that punk threw the rock? She ADVANCED at him and tried to attack him. Those are not the actions of a woman that keeps her hands to herself. A normal woman (like my wife) would not be stupid enough to think that she is going to be able to win a fight between herself and a man, so she would not advance at him and try to hit him. My wife would be smart enough to know that she would get hurt badly if she attacked a man that is throwing rocks at her, so she would not attack a man. She would also know that when a woman raises her hands to trade blows, she is now accepting the terms that the person she is swinging her fists at has the right to defend themself regardless of their sex. Some woman think that they can hit/slap a guy, but should not be hit in return because they are a woman. That's not how I play. Sex is irrelevant.
