I came to DR looking for this video. Two days in a row now where I've heard a story of some carnage but the other "mainstream" news sites are too chickenshit to show the video. So once again, thank you DR and all its wonderful contributors!

BTW that ride looks like a deathtrap even if not malfunctioning. It just looks too rickety and unstable to me.

Jesus fucking Christ, those poor people. That's a terrifying way to die

I went on this ride with my best friend at the state fair about 4 years ago and have had nightmares about it ever since (I'm a total wuss when it comes to heights, no idea why I agreed to go on it). I wonder if this will make the nightmares worse.

I was supposed to be going to this exact fair in 2 days... I know a lot of people around here in Ohio are no longer going after this happened. In case anyone doesn't read the news story, this incident happened today which was the first day the fair was open.
