The video starts off about 9:15 pm on July 8th with a bunch of people walking through a turnstile at Sutter Ave. Station in Brooklyn, NY. Two women immediately begin fighting.

Latanya Watson, 30, grabs Mia Simmons, 20, from behind and they struggle for a moment. The big one, Latanya, pepper sprays the smaller one, Mia. But surprise! Mia has a knife and she is not afraid to use it. She stabs Latanya repeatedly in the arm, neck and face. The two women stop for a moment and exchange words before Latanya stumbles off, bleeding everywhere. Witnesses say they were seen arguing on the subway right before the fight occurred.

Latanya was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital where she died about an hour later leaving behind a fiance and a 12 year old son.

The funny part about this is that the police caught up with the suspect by following her own trail of blood, as stabbing someone can be pretty slippery, I imagine. Mia accidentally cut herself while plunging the knife into Latanya and happened to live less than half a mile from the scene, so it was pretty easy to track her down. They charged her with manslaughter and weapon possession.

They make Latanya seem like an innocent person in the news, “She never had no problems, was always by herself, minding her own business. Never in any type of drama. I never even seen her argue with nobody,” said neighbor, Kimberly Jomes.. Well it didn’t look like it here! In my opinion she started the altercation she could have, and should have just left everything alone and went home to her family but instead she pepper sprayed Mia thinking she would win the fight, not counting on Mia to be able to defend herself. The moral to this murder in the mezzanine is, Hey! Don’t bring a knife to a gun fight and don’t bring pepper spray to a knife fight…

Well, after I filmed this happening, I cleverly, and sneakily cut out her heart and eyes. I got about 2/3 of the way through the Dorsal before I noticed she was still breathing, so I just grabbed her picture ID, and took a quick fin-print on the back of it.

So yeah, I'm up to my blowhole in evidence.
