this is Africa... I've been there and can tell you the police there is good for nothing. In almost all countries there, law is enforced mainly by the military. So this guy would most probably have been shot at the place . Stop bitching and admit that if this was done more often ... there won't be millions in prisons ...leeching your sweat earned taxes. |
