Weird that he's still washing the car so close to a busy street. Was he just not aware of how major cities work and had never been in one before? Still, driver was scum for running. Had he stayed he probably could have gotten his plea down to an accident where it was mostly caused by ignorance & stupidity on the victim's part and served not even a night in jail  |
