When you think of Mexican brutality and its origins, what do many people first think of? Likely, the Aztec Empire, yes? Now, how about the same question, but for Asia? That would be the very feared Genghis Khan! The Aztec Empire was founded around ~1428, but Genghis Khan’s Mongol Empire was in full force over two centuries earlier at ~1206. So, Asians have been at it far FAR longer than South America and they have done so with extraordinary success (the Mongol Empire was the largest contiguous land empire in the history of mankind). |
