it looks like she wasn't quite prepared for the reality of having to straddle the back of that guys neck and was instinctively kicking him away though it'd become the only real option left. aren't too many places to hoist a naked person ones your rescue strategy comes off like the poor approximation of a buster keaton film gag

she was intent on dying. one arm was being held thats why she did not fall sooner. those guys crowding the windows were holding her while the hanging guy try to raise her. she wont cooperate and was resisting. probably had a guy made a last "thing" with her and told her he was leaving her for another woman.
