It happened in Jilin northern China, close to Russia and North Korea. You can see it is cold and road covered by snow. The lady was renting in a building, where she fell down from. She is not local, but from another city in Jilin. After she fell, somebody called ambulance and police. She was still alive when ambulance came and she was taken to hospital. She died 2 hours later in hospital.
This thing has gone viral on internet. People are confused about the whole naked thing and are discussing possibilities such as mental illness, depression, etc. Police said the initial investigation ruled out any possibility of crime or homicide. Further investigation is still ongoing.
That is what I got so far.

According to the news I read, someone called the police at 17:03, soon after she fell. She had her last breath at 18:58 at hospital.
The video shows the falling took place at 17:27, later than the police's record. Personally I believe it could be wrong time setting of the camera. The place is in far east of China and sunset is a little bit earlier than other provinces. If it is 17:27, it could look a little darker.
Police has asked the public to respect privacy of the young lady's family and said they would release more details once ready.
So far that is what I got.

I failed to find any name, alive pictures, photos of higher resolution etc. During the virus break there are fewer people on the street. Otherwise there could be more people holding phones to take photos.

I was looking at the cars in the center of the shot waiting for a body to smash into a car with a great clatter, but instead there was just a tragic little thud off to the corner and then gentle silence forever. absurd! funny! emotional! tragic!

You think it is too far a stretch to imagine a chinese girl who is comfortable taking her cloths off, or too far a stretch to imagine a chinese girl wud take her cloths off and jump out a window for all the world to see her titties as she falls? As if that would be a concern of hers if she had a tortured soul and was driven to die
