Where it's kinda blurry: sure he turned around and pointed at the cop, but at least 2 shots were fired (audio is kinda off) while Walker had his back to McMillin's back. Where it's clear as day... none of the ^above^ would've happened if Walker: -LISTENED to McMillin -Didn't run from McMillin -Kept running after dropping the gun -Didn't point the gun at McMillin |

the cop couldn't of done that/handled that any better. told the man to RELAX....dude ran..had a gun...and at that point its really self defense..if someone who i know has a gun...turns around and even looks at me funny..im not taking any chances.

Yeah there's nothing controversial about this one. I think a more interesting question would be, what if he didn't go back to pick up the dropped gun? At that point if he still keeps running, is a shooting still justified?
