Murder Suicide, Mother Killed by Her Partner She Split Up with
Trinidad and Tobago. A mother of three was brutally murdered allegedly by her partner on Tuesday evening, the day after International Women’s Day was commemorated. Crime scene investigators were on the scene of the suspected murder-suicide. Initial reports indicate D. W., also known as Q, killed the mother of his children, A. A., 35, before taking his own life at their home. They had to break down the door to enter the apartment as someone had placed an obstacle behind it. Neighbours said the couple, Q, a security officer. and A, a supervisor at Puff N’ Stuff Bakery had a tumultuous relationship. They said they always broke up and reunited. The incident has shocked the entire community. Speaking at the scene, Q’s cousin H S said the couple had separated and he was not handling it well. She said her cousin told people he was going to commit this act. “No one believed him,” she said. She said she did not know why A. was at the house. Police are investigating.    |

Not sure I'm understanding the driver's permit...It was issued in 2007, and he didn't pay for it until 2018?
