shouting at someone to stop when the object is just a meter or so away is not enough. they should have put up a warning method with room enough to stop. say 50 meters away.

Not the fuck again. They never learn to put down marker cones or barriers... Then again, half the motorcycle riders out there would probably ignore the markers anyway, so... well... let's just hope he was one of the dumb ones. |
