A 35-year old mother and her 4-year old son were killed as they fell out from the ferris wheel in April 2016 in the city of Borazjan, Iran.

The 'car' they were in didn't rotate as the wheel turned as eventually at the top they were just upside down with nothing to hold them in... You've been on one before, right? There are no buckles, belts or bars. You just sit in the car and enjoy the ride!

I couldn't imagine being a mom with my four year old!!!
