It is an effective tactic to replace the propellant in your enemy's ammo with c-4 and then introduce the modified products into his supply chain. Special forces strike again?!? Either way, great success!!  |

That would explain why they have so many of these videos of them blowing themselves up. And it would also explain why they were allowed to make off with so much munitions from the supply dumps Saddam left behind. |
