My question is: where are the police and riot squads in these places? How do inmates take over a prison for a whole day, just butchering everyone without law enforcement intervening? I know nothing of the prison system over there. But, I mean, how is this happening? What are the law enforcement doing in that time? Just...watching? Waiting for it to end on its own? I truly don't understand this. I have knowledge and experience in facilities, and this would never happen. But, I live and work in America. So, I don't know how these systems are ran, but it's apparent that it's not very efficient. |
