Lender shot and killed in Santa Catarina Saint Catherine /06.02.2023 18:40:00 The victim was identified as R.A.R.E., 34, who was left lifeless in the streets of the Prados del Rey neighborhood. The victim was killed by several bullets on Monday afternoon in the municipality of Santa Catarina. The first reports indicate that armed men arrived outside a house in the Prados del Rey neighborhood and shot at the victim. The deceased has a history of crimes and possession of a firearm. Elements of the Santa Catarina police arrived at the scene, who found the person already lifeless, and with him there were at least 20 firearm casings. Personnel from the State Investigation Agency arrived at the site to carry out the interviews and corresponding tests and to be able to put together the case file. |

Does not fit the description of a loan shark. Especially the flip flops, shorts, and lack of bodyguards or firearm, not buying it  |
