A young man, who reportedly suffered from a mental illness, died after falling from an elevated water tank of the Municipal Water and Sanitation Board. An unconfirmed version states the man had climbed the tank in an effort to flee from the police.

Camerawoman didn't seem too phased when he dropped - almost like she expected it.

Sure am happy that some videographers do the proper thing and have a clear view of the ground in the area below the jumper/idiot, and are able to record the entire event without panning away or stopping.
