Hey, I read about this video yesterday. I spent most of the day reading about the Mexican drug war. This video was mentioned somewhere. I think the victim was a member of Los Zetas (hence the Z written on him) which work for the Gulf cartel.

It is a shame they edited it so heavily and seemed more interested in showing of the scribbling on his belly and legs. I don't care if it took ten minutes to get that head off, now that would have made for some good tape. Whoever edited this should be the next to have a seat so we can re-film the missing footage.
