Metal Sheet, Dislodged by Wind, Fatally Strikes Motorcyclist
Assu, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil A man died after being hit by a metal sheet that was dragged by a whirlwind, late morning this Wednesday (22). The victim was identified as Simanete d.S., a 44-year-old bricklayer. According to witnesses, the wind blew away a zinc sheet used as a roofing sheet at a construction site. Despite wearing a helmet, Simanete suffered serious injuries to his neck. He was pronounced dead at the scene. |
