Well, you mean the rest of the world EXCEPT America, which from Canada, and Europe's perspective, and ANY progressive's perspective, America is also stuck in a 3rd world mindset. Death Penalty, Religion, and $$$ corporate corruption, America imprisons more people than China, and executes mentally ill and mentally challenged people in a VARIETY of ways, not to mention executing American citizens abroad via drone strikes without ever giving them a trial or convicting them of a crime.
