Aren't those yellowish bits of scalp and flesh that are lauched skyward? Also, just before the hit, the driver is raising his arm in front of his head in a fruitless attempt to protect himself? Also, is that a scalped and bloody face that bounces back from the windshield on the passengers side?

I am viewing this on a monitor made just after the Big Bang / Dawn of Time, a Compaq Presario V410e, so it is difficult to tell....
