The more I think about it, the driver of the jeep should be charged with manslaughter because his poor driving decision killed a completely innocent person. Its sad to see that one look at the deceased from the would be rescuers could do nothing but quickly turn away in horror. He probably was decapitated or so unrecognizable. RIP young man.
