Re: Man Tries to Set Himself Free During Electrocution but Dies
Nice music, they show the video during the memorial event? But are we sure he's really dead? His feet were still twitching and then the video just ends. Is there going to be a sequel? |

Direct Current. DC makes muscles spasm and so the victim is typically not able to release their grip from the source of DC. Even relatively small amounts can cause this phenomenon inflicting serious damage. Alternating Current, like out of your wall socket, changes direction (60 times a second in the US), so while AC can still kill you, it's usually a blast of electricity that throws you away from the source. |

On another note, because this was likely a small amount of DC, which is why he had so much time to try and push off, he was literally having a tunnel slowly burned inside of him from his right hand to the ground path, probably the water on the floor.

He wants to break free! God knows he wants to break free! He didn't fall in love though, more like dead on the ground. Has to suck to die at work! |

i used to work at a place where the floor was flooded every night with a few inches of caustic solution by the sanitation crew, for cleaning...and there were 3 phase industrial mixers everywhere. lots of people work in wet, wired environments.
