Most I've messed with? like..110 and occasional 220/240 lines in the home.. Rewired a few electrical panels.. I know to respect it and even when it is turned off and I'm fiddling with a dead 110V outlet at the end of the line, I'm still squeamish/nervous about it..lol (Granted, when I was a kid.. accidentally fingered a few lightbulb sockets.. So I knew from experience. I know..let's just grab hold of this high amperage distribution line! |

Maybe he had a learning disability? He obviously thought that bit of rag was going to stop the electric from getting to him. I just find it awful that nobody bothered to help him, yet they walk closer to get a better view for their cameras.
