~ They were most likely in the process of connecting the building's sanitary pipe, which is seen perpendicular in the video, to the main sanitary pipe, in which the guy got sucked into. ~ They probably thought he was an expert at it, Not! ~ Maybe, just maybe, he didn't know that was going to happen, & neither did anyone else. Surprize! Surprize! ~ There are two pipes underground, a sanitary pipe & a storm drain pipe, next to a house's/building's sidewalk. ~ The sanitary pipe is the one who has the most vacuum, so he will most likely end up at the city's waste management plant. ~ The vacuum is mostly caused by the sanitary sewage being pulled down by gravity thus causing a lower pressure which pulls air. ~ A greater diameter pipe under a smaller diameter pipe will cause a vacuum when liquid is poured thru the smaller pipe. ~ It's the Venturi effect vs the Bernoulli effect. ~ The storm drain pipes end up at the ocean. |
