You all are always harping on how black people speak. You do realize that AAVE was created PURPOSELY FOR US TO NOT SPEAK LIKE WHITE PEOPLE. WE DID NOT WANT TO TALK LIKE RACISTS. We didn’t know our mother tongue so we took English and made our own language….duh. There is a difference between "pidgin" which is what you are referring to here, and "ima just talk any way I wanna cause this is all me and I don't need no white people to learn me howda talk".

I'll agree that there was once a time when pidgin served a useful purpose, but nowadays most black people communicate very clearly using the English language that's already been established. Not knowing proper grammar and having a feeble vocabulary doesn't make you cool, it makes you someone who needs to go back to third grade English.
