Oh God that poor woman. The amount of arterial blood she was was exhaling tells me she did not survive. Kudos to the guy putting pressure on the wound and sticking it out after getting blood puked on him. That look in her eyes is one that I have seen more times than I can count. Absolute terror then acceptance. She knew she wasn't going to make it. I've seen many victims have that look. It NEVER gets easier.
