Oh I don't know. It used to be a popular teaching not to bottle it up inside where it could give you high blood pressure and mess up your psyche, but to let it all out to relieve the tension instead. Psych theories (and heads) come and go. |

He is, at this very moment, smashed up against a metal cage with 60 others taking his allotted 7 minutes of 'air through the gate' time. Afterwards he has to rotate to the back of the cage beside the shitting pit they shovel out once a month or when someone dies in it.
