Man Slits His Wrist and Throat at PDX Airport
A Port of Portland police officer used a Taser on a man who was cutting himself with a knife at Portland International Airport on Saturday, officials said.

Emergency responders arrived in the ticketing area around 2:30 p.m. to find a man who was actively harming himself with a knife, and an officer tased him to try to save his life, the Port of Portland said. Attempts to revive the man were unsuccessful, spokesperson Allison Ferré said.

Jackass could have done it out on the grassy area, where they could water it away!

But NO!, he has to do it where some poor fucker has to clean it up afterwards. Should have mopped up what they could with his clothing, before they wheeled him off.

On top of that, it's an AIRPORT, there are HUNDREDS of smooth, mowed acres, and if it's a normal airport, there are plenty of backhoes they could use to inter him, rather than making a big fuss over this. Any airport maintenance guy could take care of this in 10 minutes.


There are plenty of deep forests around Portland, too. He could have gone off in the woods and never bothered anyone.
