Real dedication when you do it TWICE+! First he cut his right side twice in two quick motions. But then fighting with the cop he handed the knife or razor off to his left hand and immediately cut his left side.

Obviously not deep enough though, as he only cut the Jugular and didn't get to his Carotid, otherwise he would not have regained consciousnesses to exit the office.
