Man caught stealing two bottles of vodka died after he slit his own throat.

The shopping center "Lenta" in Nizhnekamsk arrested for stealing two bottles of vodka cut his throat in front of Rosgvardii fighters in Tatarstan. While security forces were looking for help, the man died.

I've got a feeling he didn't kill himself over getting caught shoplifting. First of all, why did he have the knife already on him? Why was he stealing vodka? Obviously someone with issues/depression/addiction, probably living in poverty if he's stealing.
