I've watched it 3 times. I don't think it was suicide. I don't even think he was taking a dump. He's apparently sozzled, squats down, (no sign of pulling trousers down to shit, or pulling them up after, which means there was no shit on the road for him to slip on ) then after squatting for whatever reason, he stands up and stumbles.
