5) pry bar (in a SHTF scenario, you can get anything you need with a pry bar, doubles as mini "Jaws Of Life" in a wreck)
6) Sharpened small folding shovel (dig your car out of mud/snow, doubles as best hand to hand weapon when ****** attack your car)
7) lithium battery 12 volt jump starter
8) condoms (doubles as water containers)
9) Duct tape

Makes sense to be geared up in order to help anyone in times of desperate need. I was going to say they're great for doing what they can, particularly in a potentially explosive environment and in a country where life is cheap and death comes easily!

Perhaps another requirement for Russian motorists might be not only a fire extinguisher but instructions to point it at the source of the flames, not just the flames.
