Man Released on Bail Kills Himself by Diving Under Truck Wheels
Tagbilaran, Bohol province, Philippines A man who was recently released from jail died after he was hit by a dump truck along a busy street at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. N.L. sustained severe injuries after he was run over by the Isuzu dump truck. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but was declared dead on arrival. The driver, 51-year-old R.P., has been placed under police custody pending the filing of charges against him for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide. N. had been arrested on a fraud charge but was released the same day after posting bail. |

Charging the drive with ANYTHING is absurd. It’s bad enough living the rest of your life knowing you had some part in a person’s death, but it’s insult to injury to hold him for anything, especially with video evidence.
