That's a ship to shore crane. Or container crane, dockside container crane or gantry crane. Any one of those names will work.

A truck driver who worked at the Port of Paranaguá, on the coast, died on Saturday afternoon (18) when he was run over by equipment that moves containers. The accident took place in the yard of one of the port's terminals, which was later isolated to deal with the occurrence. According to the company that manages the Paranaguá Container Terminal , the accident happened with an outsourced driver. In a video released on social networks, the equipment known as RTG – which in the English translation is a Portico for Containers on Tires – runs over the employee. |

The guy was oblivious to both the heavy machinery right behind him and his coworker desperately trying to get his attention. Also the truck says fagundies, lol. I didn't know they had their own underwear. |
