For what it's worth, the lack of safety regulations is a big part of the reason the West can import stuff dirt cheap from the East. If this guy was an American employee he'd have to waste 2 hours each morning going over safety regulations.

It's not really wasted if you learn hazard spotting procedures that prevent you from dropping 400 lbs rims on your neck.
