In the video at the end the guy filming says O assassino se matou agora "the murderer killed himself right now" and points to the guy hanging, so maybe he was a known criminal or some shit, really need some background in this story.

It's a bit ironic, we are watching a documented reality. So at what point during your recording, "what the hell is this idiot doing" turn into, "oh, he is hanging himself" - but now I should run outside, find a ladder to get up to him, and no way going to have enough time to save him anyway.

So unless the guy filming knew the guy was depressed and going to kill himself...

I'm just saying; easy to arm chair judge after the fact.
He's at the frickin' window already, he could've opened it & tried to talk some sense to the guy. It's having an attitude like you just said that's the problem with society these days!?! "Meh, dude's gonna die either way. Screw it." That's SICK to not even ATTEMPT to intervene.

As for the cameraman calling the guy a murderer, the guy DID just kill/murder himself. Hence, he is a murderer. I would think if he had murdered someone else prior, the cameraman would've had a bit more to say. "He deserved it." or "That's what he gets for killing so & so."

Correct ! he knew the guy.. maybe he killed someone by accident and couldn't live with the guilt anymore..small town, everyone knowing you killed someone..mustn't be good for your self esteem.
