I think he kind of cared. He pushed the guy to the ground instead of shooting him while he held the baby and risking hitting it, and he signaled to the mother to grab the baby and get away.

Salvador - A video taken by security cameras of a condominium located in the Federação neighborhood of Salvador, capital, in July this year, around 2:30 pm, caught the exact moment when a man is executed with a child in his arms.

According to the images, a sniper is hidden in a strategic location of the street, along with another partner. Seeing the victim passing by, the shooter approaches the man and hits several shots directly from the head of the victim who was holding a child at the time of the action.

The child falls on the asphalt and is caught in his lap by a woman who walked down the street next to the man who was the victim of the shooting. After making the shots, the shooter climbs on a motorcycle piloted by his partner and flees the scene. The case is already under investigation by the Department of Homicide and Protection of Persons (DHPP).
