Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
That's why you, and many stupid motherfuckers in America shouldn't have guns. This guy will go to prison. Shit isn't like it used to be, and with it being filmed. I'm a gun owner, I have several, probably even considered a gun nut to some people. Which is why these dumb motherfuckers piss me off. Of course this place is full of little dick big mouth rejects, so I don't expect comprehension. But you don't get to kill someone for not getting off your front lawn, or porch. And, to be a gun owner, you should have enough braincells to understand what's a life and death situation and what is not. And when it's not, and you decide to go get your gun to make it one, you're a fucking dumbass who should go to prison. This is why he was wrong, and should get life. The guy isn't threatening him. He's there to get his son, which sounds like the homeowner's may be in violation of a court order. Which may mean, they were commiting a crime. So, the act of going inside, without the victims harassment or threats, he left the situation. Get a gun, and comes back. To point a gun at someone in a heated argument. Dumbass. I'm wondering if this is step daddy or new boyfriend. Real winner there ex wife. Shoots and kills what he hopes is his step child's father. You see how fucking stupid that is? The days of being able to legally shoot someone for standing outside your house are over. They both were in no fear, you can clearly see that. This bitch was just mad, and he was too big of a pussy to throw hands. So he went and got his penis pump. You are responsible for what happens when you brandish your gun. If you decide to use your gun as your balls, and as a replacement for your manhood, you're responsible. People need to get out of their head that you're going to pull a gun and the other person is going to drop to their knees and start giving you head. Or are going to turn around and run. Nope, most of the time, they are not going to take it well. Which is why you should never pull a weapon unless you intend on using it. And that's how the jury will see it too. |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
The dude is the ex-wife's married boyfriend. His wife is now in the know of the affair, obviously, lol. I agree with your moral argument. The dude is a little bitch for going inside and gabbing the gun, but the case is complicated. Chad had a reason to be there (picking up his son), so he wasn't trespassing, but he did become belligerent. He was asked to leave and didn't. He became engaged and tried for the gun when it came out, then got shot. It could go either, way, but I suspect he'll get away with it. Stand-my-ground/castle laws in Texas do not require the shooter to even consider retreat. Once Chad became belligerent physicl and refused to leave, he opened himself to get shot, as unfortunate as it is. The only thing that I'm hung up on is that warning shot. It's illegal in most places to do that. He'll have to try to explain that away as an accidental discharge, or it might make his self-defense argument fall apart. Regardless, the guy's an idiot who got wrapped up in the ex-wife's games. She knew what she was doing. I figure she had her new man there, knowing that her little son disappearing act would piss Chad off, and she could catch the altercation between him and her white knight married boyfriend on video and get Chad in some shit with the cops, seeing as how custody laws favor her despite her absolute shitbag behavior. She didn't calculate he'd have a simp seizure and kill her ex-husband in the name of love. I |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
I read she and the shooter are now trying to get married. Talk about a total piece of garbage. She wants to marry the fuck who murdered her kids father. And then have her kids live with him. Sit at the dinner table with him. She should get arrested for child abuse. No fucking way the kids are not going to blame him, even hate him. And I agree it's stand your ground when the shooting took place. Although the guy clearly wasn't really trying to take the gun. I think he thought about it, then decided it was too dangerous with the people standing around them. So he let go. That's why needle dick went flying 10 feet. Which in my opinion proves the guy wasn't a threat. He was obviously much stronger, and he basically pushed him away, instead of holding onto to gun. You see I believe after that the shooter could have just said I'll go put this away. And he would have been allowed too. But instead he shoots. Anyway I got off track. I think the case will hinge on his decision to go inside and get the gun. I don't think stand your ground applys when you leave "your ground" without any violence or threats. And come back, and immediately turns it from 3 to 10. |

Don't know how I feel about this TBH, there could be a whole lot of context we are missing. I'll reserve judgement until it goes to trial. Hopefully it'll be televised.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
I'm a woman, and I support 'Fathers For Justice.' More fathers get messed around and put through the grinder by woman who ho out of their way to make their lives shit by using their children. It's bullshit. Times have changed now. More men are being given sole custody. And it's about bloody time too. If your wife is a bitch to her ex's... know what you're in for and PLAN for it before just leaving if you want your children. Gather evidence that proves you're a better, more reliant and responsible adult and father! Keep dates, times and a diary of everything. I mean EVERYTHING. This entire situation is totally unnecessary. You could tell he was at the end of his tether. Poor guy. At least his son will know that he died trying to see him. That he was so very very loved and needed. One day they'll meet again. In heaven. Amd when he is older, (or YOU CAN) Watch YT 'Mat Fraser' and get a one to one with him. See if your loved one comes through. |
