Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
Let's hypothetically say you're right. Let's say it's you and I in that position... You know I'll be enticed to attack you while I illegally remain on your property." You're acting like you're more at fault for enticing me... than I am for attacking you... or for illegally remaining on your property. That's not a good conclusion, IMO. My personal 5 Why analysis is this is such... Problem: Aggressor dies. Why? Owner shoots Aggressor. Why? Aggressor attacks Owner. Why? Owner arms himself against Aggressor. Why? Owner feels threatened by Aggressor. Why? Aggressor illegally remains on Owner's property when told to leave. No matter how you slice it... If the Aggressor leaves the property he's illegally on, Owner doesn't feel threatened. If the Aggressor leaves the property he's illegally on, Owner doesn't arm himself against Aggressor. If the Aggressor leaves the property he's illegally on, Aggressor doesn't attack Owner. If the Aggressor leaves the property he's illegally on, Owner doesn't shoot Aggressor. If the Aggressor leaves the property he's illegally on, Aggressor doesn't die. |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
True, but before painting this as a "Texas thing," you should look at Colorado (i.e. East California). They have a significantly lower threshold for deadly force in your own home than practically (maybe even literally) any other state. It's such a low threshold, it's actually lovingly referred to as "The Make My Day law," because it's so easy to give someone a legally defensible reason to use deadly force on you. |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
I put a lot of blame on the cunt wife. I was in the middle of writing a whole essay about it for y'all but my busted phone spazzed out. Anyway, she did Chad wrong. Chad wanted his kid and Kyle probably didn't even know he was coming over. The whore wife played both these dudes.

Tragic. If he was smart he would have documented every time she broke the custody agreement and then nailed her in court for it. But he didn’t, because it was never about the kid. It was about defeating her.
