Ok, so a guy is CLEARLY electrocuted to death, and now is actually starting to smoke, and an idiot lady says "why isn't anyone doing anything?" (as if she was helping and no one else was), and another lady thinks she can lure the dead smoking carcass away from the tracks by saying "Hey look, I've got your shirt."
