He is in shock, if a body faces sudden trauma like a ripped off arm it closes all blood vessels to keep the Core Alive (brain, Lungs, Heart)

Only after the Adrenaline wears off the blood vessels relax and the victim bleeds out

It doesn't have to be drugged, like a good beating also does a great job getting the targets to co-operative enough to make em look to not have put up a fight.
Its just thwt the fight already happened off-screen and we only get to see the Juicy bit


In other cases the victems might also already been in captivity already and became emotional dull from this

Also, in the case of some ISIS examples they performed Fake executions, scaring their captives shitless every time, until the moment the victim thinks its another fake execution... But when it actually happens for real this time its often too late to struggle

Man, I have been a member of this site for well over a decade and there is only a few things I have trouble watching. Dismemberment while conscious is up there at the top. Being totally subservant with no hope in hell to get out of a situation and THEN being toyed with like a farm cat plays with a field mouse, slowly torn apart, appendage by appendage.
There are some other videos on the site of fingers being cut off and wow, I can only get through those once...

I know what you mean. There's a video on here I saw last week of a kid getting chopped to pieces by some punk with a machete, one of the worst things I ever saw on this site. He gets chopped in the leg then screams in horror when he sees his leg almost come off and it just goes on and on, his arms, body, stuff of nightmares
