Yeah that's what I was thinking, he was probably conscious until they separated the car from his body, there was far too many places for him to bleed out, and they just kept him there while peeling car out of him.
Blood transfusion on site before instant removal to ambulance. he was dead the minuet that car was pulled away without any extra blood.
Poor guy,
It was the way the colour drained from his face after the car was removed.
