Might be the car radio still playing? A guy I knew became a cop 30 years ago. One of his first calls was to a fatal car accident. Black guy had left the road and flipped. He was dead and the car stereo was blaring 1960's Motown hits the whole time they were trying to get to him then extricate him. Couldn't reach the radio to turn it off. Kind of like the Plymouth Fury in that movie Christine... |
