That guy's fire hole assessment glands were all out of whack. That hole's fire was clearly already at capacity. You add even more fire to a hole like that and your gonna wind up with a serious clog. That's what you see. This is how most fire crammer work accidents occur. It's because of the financial incentives they give the crammers to to keep adding more fires to the hole. As Mr Plainview pointed out, their wages are shameful, but it's like tips in the hospitality industry--that's where the Yens are at. That's why that guy was all swinging his arms around like that. He was gonna try to stuff a couple more in that hole before quitting time--Maybe take the Misses out to a nice Marvel show. That guy blew it for him. He's visibly angry. |
