There will be a padlock on it, to keep people out, or in, or both, depending on the establishment. I used to hang out in Pattaya, Thailand, and spent the night with girls inside the bars, where they live upstairs overnight. Those places are firetrap hell if anything goes up, grills on all doors and windows, locked from the outside when the owner goes home. |
