Laboured breathing and rigidity of his right side show brain damage beyond recovery.

Lynching of robbers is plain wrong (corporal punishment at the most - caning feet, etc - if you want to get heavy) however in the case of murderers, rapists, child killers and suchlike i can't help but feel glad.
