Not to be an armchair Mr. Monk as well but if the police edited that that video to say "Haha, shows over" or what ever the fuck, wouldn't that open the door to having this whole thing thrown out on some bullshit defense of tampering with evidence excuse or something along those lines. Not saying it couldn't happen but it's seems more likely that's a made up account and someone being funny.
